Ketomi is operated by Silenrock OÜ (Estonia).
You can delete your Ketomi account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Your account is closed straight away and your data is permanently removed as described below.
If you no longer have the app or can't log in, email us at info@silenrock.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.
When you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently removed: your profile, weight and body measurements, meals and meal photos, progress photos, your chat history with Avo, and your water, fasting and wellness logs. This happens within 30 days. Backups are kept for up to 90 days and are then also deleted.
Records we are legally required to keep (for example, an invoice for a payment) may be retained for as long as the law requires, separately from your account.
