Open app.ketomi.app in Chrome on your Android phone.
Ketomi now appears as an app icon on your home screen and opens in its own window without a browser bar.
Chrome only shows this option after a moment of activity on the page, and only for sites that are installable. Try this:
Still nothing? You may have installed Ketomi already. Check your home screen and app drawer for the Ketomi icon. If it's really gone, the easiest fix is to clear site data: Chrome → Settings → Site settings → All sites → app.ketomi.app → Clear & reset, then reload the page and try again.
Brave and some Opera versions install Ketomi as a Progressive Web App that does not survive a phone restart. The fix is to add a shortcut instead.
In Brave: open Ketomi, tap the menu, choose Add to home screen → Shortcut (not Install).
In Opera: long-press the URL or use the menu → Add to home screen.
Both create a stable icon that opens in your browser. If you prefer the standalone-app feel without a browser bar: install Chrome and use Ketomi from there instead.
Open app.ketomi.app in Safari on your iPhone or iPad. This only works in Safari, not in Chrome or another browser.
Ketomi appears as an app icon on your home screen.
On iPhone, only Safari can install a web app to your home screen. Chrome, Firefox, Brave and other iOS browsers do not have this option (Apple does not allow it).
Yes, in Chrome or Edge:
Ketomi opens as a standalone window without browser tabs. You can also access it from your applications list or pin it to your taskbar.
Firefox and Safari on desktop do not support installable web apps yet. You can bookmark the page or pin the tab instead.
Android: long-press the Ketomi icon on your home screen and drag it to Uninstall or Remove at the top of the screen. Confirm to remove.
iPhone/iPad: long-press the Ketomi icon. Tap Remove App → Delete from Home Screen (this keeps your account). To also clear data: Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data → app.ketomi.app → Delete.
Computer (Chrome/Edge): open Ketomi as an installed app, click the three dots in the top-right of the window, choose Uninstall Ketomi.
Removing the app does not delete your account or data. To delete your account too, log in and use Profile → Danger zone → Delete my account first.
On the login screen, click Forgot password?. You receive an email with a reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour.
Don't see the email? Check your spam folder. Still nothing? Email info@silenrock.com.
First, check your spam or promotions folder. Many providers route automated emails there.
On the screen that appears after signing up, you can request a new verification email. The new link is valid for 7 days.
Still not arriving? Some corporate email systems block automated mails. Try a personal email (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud) instead.
In the app: go to Profile (under More) and scroll all the way down. You'll see Danger zone with a Delete my account button. You'll be asked to type your email to confirm.
Deletion is permanent: all your weight history, meals, photos, chat with Avo and preferences are removed. Backups are purged within 90 days.
Yes. Email info@silenrock.com with your account email and we'll send you a complete export (weight history, meals, measurements, chat) within a few days.
A self-service export button is on the roadmap.
In the app: Profile (under More) → scroll to Preferences → Language. Pick Dutch, English or Vietnamese.
The same choice is also remembered for the website -- next time you open ketomi.app on the same browser, it opens in your chosen language.
Most often this is a permission issue. In your browser: tap the lock icon next to the URL → Site permissions → Camera → set to Allow. Refresh and try again.
Other things to try:
Avo is an AI assistant. It can be wrong, especially around medication, dosages, specific health conditions or rare ingredients. Always check critical information yourself or ask your doctor.
Avo is best at: general keto questions, snack and meal ideas, photo analysis, what-fits-on-keto questions. It is not a replacement for medical advice.
If a specific answer was clearly wrong, mail us at info@silenrock.com -- we use those examples to improve the prompts.
First step: hard-refresh the page. Press Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac). On phone: pull down to refresh, or close and reopen the tab.
Still slow? Try clearing your browser cache for ketomi.app. If you've installed Ketomi as a PWA: remove it and re-install -- this resets the local cache.
If it persists across browsers and devices: it might be on our side. Mail info@silenrock.com with what you see and which device/browser.
No. Your meal photos and Avo chats are sent to AI providers (currently OpenRouter, which routes to Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude depending on the task) only to generate the response you see. They are not used for AI training.
Your data stays in your account in our database (DigitalOcean, EU). Read more in our Privacy Policy.
Free, forever: account, profile, weight + body measurement tracking, wellness, electrolytes, fasting timer, the keto knowledge base.

Yes to both. Premium subscriptions launch alongside the Android app -- both via the website (Stripe) and via Google Play. You can subscribe whenever you want and cancel any time from your account settings or via Google Play.
Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
